Coming from Long Island:
L.I.E. -Take to Exit 22A "Grand Central Pkwy-108 th Street". Once you get off the parkway you will be on the service road, follow the 108 th Street signs. Make a left at the first light, go down 4 more traffic lights at the 4 more light 63rd Road, turn left.

Grand Central Pkwy -TCike to Exit 10 West "L.I.E -Midtown Tunnel". Follow the signs that say 10 th Street. At the first light, 108 th Street, turn left. Continue 4 more traffic lights, at 63rd Road turn left.

Southern State Pkwy -Take it to the Cross Island Pkwy, take Cross Island to exit "GCP- Triboro Bridge". Take GCP to Exit 10 West 'L.t.E. -Midtown Tunnel". Follow the signs that say 108 th Street. At the first light, 108 th Street, turn left. Continue 4 more traffic lights, at 63rd Road turn left.

Meadowbrook Parkway
(A) GCP to Exit 10 West "L.I.E -Midtown Tunnel". Follow the signs that say 108 th Street. At the first light, 108 th Street, turn left. Continue 4 more traffic lights, at 63rd Road turn left.

(B) L.I.E. to Exit 22A "Grand Central Pkwy-10ath Street". Once you get off the parkway you will be on the service road, follow the 10 th Street signs. Make a left at the first light. go down 4 more traffic lights at the 4th light, 63rd Road, turn left.

Van Wyke Expressway -Exit 11 "Flushing Meadow ParK-Jewel Avenue". At first light maKe a right, continue straight 4 traffic lights until 1 ostn Street and make a right. Continue straight for approximately a traffic lights, at 63rd Road turn right.

Coming from tho City:
L.I.E. -Get off Exit 23 "10th Street. At first light, 108th Street, make a right, continue 3 traffic lights and maKe a left turn on 63rd Road.

From Brooklyn:
Take the Van Wyke Expressway to Exit 11 "Flushing Meadow Park-Jewel Avenue". At first light make a right, continue straight 4 traffic lights until 108th Street and make a right turn. Continue straight for approximately 8 traffic lights. at 63rd Road turn right.

Going to North Shore University Hospital; .L.I.E. to Exit 33 'Community Drive", stay on the service road and when you get to the second traffic light make a left onto Community Drive. Go to Maternity-Labor & Delivery.

By Train:
E. F, R, G, V to 71" & Continental. Take the Q23 bus running down 108th Street. Get off at the 63rd Road stop.
